Garbage containers

Garbage containers on Majed Sardar Road in Bangshal are almost full, spreading stink in the area. Locals complained that the cleaning staff of Dhaka South City Corporation just collect the solid waste, which spill out of the dumpsters; they hardly clean the containers properly. Moreover, in the absence of any garbage transfer station, this spot has become a constant public nuisance. The photo was taken around 2:00pm yesterday. Photo: Rashed Shumon
